Enrolling at Rhema Child Development Center is simple! We welcome you to visit us anytime between 10 A.M. and 3 P.M., Monday through Thursday for a tour. This is a great opportunity to meet our dedicated teachers, and to acquaint yourself with RCDC. You'll also find a packet of information ready for you, along with the necessary forms for completion.

If you've already had a chance to tour our facility and prefer to fill out the forms in advance, we've provided them below for your convenience. Only page 1 of the form is needed in order to wait list.
